The
biographies below are of the children of Bertha Walker (1890-1955)and
Henry Toomer (1877-1850). Bertha, born in Florida, and Henry, born
in Georgia, met and married in Jacksonville, Florida.
Between the years of 1906-1933 they had 16 children, born in Florida,
Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The biographies were written by the descendants for a Reunion Souvenir Journal. Their eloquence bring back memories and at times show an unknown side of our ancestors. |
